Alyx: financially linking FNB & Free Store? Would spend on key supplies

Post-meeting announcement from Pella: mutual aid group forming in BG; poets in town on December 14

One of the decisions with a term (from the meeting on 2024-11-21) is the selection of Nic as a treasurer. The term will be up in November of 2025.
