Monika: how do we want FNB to be organized? In this case, who will check in on this in a year? Recognize this is a much broader question

Alyx: financially linking FNB & Free Store? Would spend on key supplies

  • Sadaf: connections seem strong, “all part of the same thing”
  • Alyx: fundraising for both explicitly?
  • Sadaf: umbrella has come up several times, makes sense
  • Brady: easier to not have separate logistics
  • Monika: sharing collective as the umbrella?

One of the decisions with a term (from the meeting on 2024-11-21) is the selection of Nic as a treasurer. The term will be up in November of 2025.
