Stir-fry with peanut sauce on January 25

Yesterday was fun (and also tiring). River and I worked together to make about 30 meals: we delivered 10 of them to NOSS, and the remainder to the folks at St. Paul’s Winter Crisis Center, including our friend Derek, who hasn’t been able to stay there recently because he has Covid. (But Derek left our big thermos with the folks at the Crisis Center, so we were able to recover it to bring more hot drinks to the world. Thanks, Derek!)

River stir-fried the veggies from our Sautter’s donation (thanks Stacey!):

I made a peanut sauce, and we also roasted some potato wedges:

As is often the case, I greatly enjoy collaborating with River. I think we’re both very excited about collaborating with others, though, too!
