Cooking report from March 7

Cooking on Thursday was companionable and fairly easy but effective, which felt good to me, and we used the food we had available in creative ways. I enjoyed working with @monikarain94 for the first shift: we made lettuce wraps and baked banana custard. Then @nic joined us to make some tasty cashew cilantro dressing, so we expanded the menu for the second round of meals to include salad and rice. At one point Olivia dropped off 18 gallons of milk (!), so Sadaf also joined us to process some of that milk into cheese curds! And she also was very helpful in helping us to reclaim some of our lost knives, which made me feel so relieved and grateful!
